Multilanguage-site: How can I edit the text on the edit upload button?

Hello dear administrator
on my multilanguage-site I have a small problem: How can I edit the text on the edit upload button?
please look at the attached pic.
I have English and Italian as frontside langunges and German at the backend.
On the upload button only German keeps up appearing on all pages.
Where can I edit the text for that button, as it does not work by the Chronoforms DESIGNER. There is not such a edit possibility.

Hi drai33,

The Upload button is styled by the browser, not by ChronoForms and the language is usually set by the HTML page header. You can over-ride this with JavaScript and CSS but tht should not be necessary.
