What is the end-of-life date for chronoforms v4?

Hi Martien,

there is no more development done for v4, but critical fixes are provided as long as its working fine with the current joomla release.

Thanks for the info.

Are you saying that it will get critical fixes as long as Joomla 3 is running. And that these fixes will stop to be provided as soon as v4 is released?

Hi Martien,

if CFv4 can still work on Joomla v4 then it will get the necessary fixes for that, the problem is that some joomla core functions may change and it may be hard to keep v4 running on the new version.

Max, is there a process to convert our V4 forms to V5? Or will we need to rebuild them in V5? thanks!

Hi swmckay ,

There is no full importer. You can import the Form HTML - but the layout and styling are different.So my usually advice is to build new forms in CFv5 and update others as and when needed.
