Can you add a limiter, with a countdown, to the email handler in ChronoForums? When I add a topic the emails sent by ChronoForums only goes to about half of my subscribers as I can only send around 400 per hour. (Limited by my hosting company)

When I send out newsletters, I use JNews, it sends a set number, provided by me, and then counts down the number of seconds set in another area, set by me, before sending the remaining emails.

The way ChronoForums is set up now it tries to send an email to all the subscribers at once and only about half reach them.

Please let me know if there is a fix for this issue.

The implementation of this feature is not easy, but it may be added in the future to v2 which is currently in the testing phase.
