Dynamic To - NOT SENDING REPLIES TO SENDER'S EMAIL

Hello

i created a request pricing form on my site. the whole idea is simple. the user fills the form, and the pricing details is sent to the user's email.
i have an email event for admin (which works fine) and an email event for user response

i put the sender's email field (from the form) on the "dynamic to" field- i.e. email,

but the problem is that the sender does not get any mail.

i have tried using debugger on my form but debugger shows the mail was successfully sent to the sender.

please help
