what's a test form cfbak file?

I've gone to the downloads page as I was told to use the latest chronoforms download. In the same location is a sample form which downloads to my computer with the extension cfbak. What opens this file please?:laugh:

Hi, go to the restore form page at the backend to upload and restore this form!
