Take the e-mail from the form

Hi, sorry about my english. I have a question: It is posible to take the e-mail that a user has entered an put it as from e-mail? I mean, I want to recieve to my e-mail the e-mail that a person has put in the formulary. Thank's for all.

check the "email field" in the special fields tab
