Error on submit... any ideas?

Postby richardbeatson on Sun Apr 20, 2008 6:12 pm

Hi, I just installed Chronoforms on Joomla 1.0.13 and tried the sample form on the site and I got this error when I tried to submit. Does anyone have any ideas why?

Warning: reset() [function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/fhlinux159/a/achievesales.net/user/htdocs/includes/joomla.php on line 4000

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/fhlinux159/a/achievesales.net/user/htdocs/includes/joomla.php on line 4002

Regards

Richard

Well, I changed the email address and this didn't seem to solve it. Could it be a fault in the joomla install? What is it looking for?
Thanks

Hi Richard,

Most unlikely it's a Joomla install problem.

What do you have in the Reply To email fields on the General and Special Fields tabs?

Hi Bob,
Thanks for your quick answer. I don't think it is a problem with your component at all as I have used it on another site and it works a treat. It is more a problem with the hosts who have upgraded from PHP4 to PHP5 and as a result the email functionality of the site has ceased working as of 4 weeks ago.
It is very frustrating and I installed your component as a last resort really to see if it worked.
I don't want to waste your time though... I think we'll move the site from Fasthosts as this has been nothing but trouble recently.
Regards
Richard
