This is a file package to upgrade existing ChronoForms installations. If you do not have ChronoForms installed please use the installation package. For any version *after* ChronoForms v2.0 you can FTP these files to overwrite the existing ChronoForms folders on your site (or rename the old folders first if you prefer). To upgrade from 2.0 you also need to add an extra field to the ChronoForms table in the database, you can do this with the 'ChronoForms database upgrade' tha tyou can download from here. Note that in some cases you may need to open and re-save your forms after upgrading to remove some error messages on viewing the files.

If you upgrading from ChronoForms 2.0 or earlier then you need to upgrade your database table as well as the files. Caution: Backup the current database before upgrading! When you have upgraded the Component installation open the ChronoForms Form Manager and use Restore Form to install this upgrade form. When the form is installed click on the form link to view it. If all is well you will see a 'Database Updated' message. Once the database is updated please delete this form.

equalheightTo be able to continue working at this component we decided to get a small profit out of it but at the same time don't force everybody to pay in order to use this great component.

 

 From version 1.5 and up a link at the bottom of everyform created will be placed, saying "joomla professional work", the link will be to us here htttp://www.chronoengine.com, its illegal to remove this link from the source code unless you have a license,

so the license is very simply for the same ChronoForms component without a link, thats all!

This License is for 5 different websites ONLY. 

 

 However, in order to allow everybody to still use the component and even get out of this, the link is inside a div with class : chronoform , use this to hide the link by using different colors or whatever if you really can't pay, but of course the link is still exists at your page source.
